Why bakers choose it
【3 SECOND HEAT UP】 The ThermoJet heating system reaches extraction temperature in 3 seconds, so the machine is ready before you have finished grinding.
【54MM PORTAFILTER】 An 18 gram dose in a 54mm portafilter — the same ratio a cafe pulls, in a machine that takes up a corner of the bench.
【MANUAL STEAM WAND】 A powerful steam wand for texturing microfoam by hand, so latte art is on the table.
【VOLUMETRIC CONTROLS】 One-cup and two-cup buttons pour a set volume, then stop on their own.
【THREE FINISHES】 Stainless steel body in Brushed Stainless Steel, Damson Blue and Sea Salt.
