Shipping

Orders leave our dispatch premises in Kamunting, Perak. Standard checkout rates apply within Malaysia to eligible shipments with a total shipping weight under 500 kg. Any shipment with a total shipping weight of 500 kg or more requires a separate pallet or crate freight quote and is excluded from standard rates and West Malaysia free shipping. Shipping outside Malaysia is quoted on request.

West Malaysia (Peninsular)Standard delivery is RM10–RM50 for orders below RM1,000, depending on the items and destination. Eligible standard orders of RM1,000 and above receive free delivery. Usually 1–2 working days after payment clears.
Sabah, Sarawak & LabuanStandard delivery is RM40–RM400 at checkout, depending on the items and destination. Usually 5–45 working days for eligible shipments under 500 kg total shipping weight.
Outside MalaysiaQuoted on request. Contact us with your destination and the items you need, and we will confirm the freight cost, method and delivery time before you pay.
Self collectionAvailable from Kamunting. Choose pickup at checkout, and we will confirm when your order is ready.

International shipping

International orders are not available at standard checkout. To ship outside Malaysia, send us:

  • the products and quantities you want
  • your destination country, city and postcode
  • whether the delivery address has a loading bay or forklift, for large machines

We will reply with a freight quote covering the cost, the shipping method (courier, air or sea freight) and the expected delivery time. Once you accept, we send an invoice for the products and freight together. Import duties, taxes and customs charges at the destination are not included in our quote and are payable by the buyer.

How your order travels

  1. Order and payment. Processing starts once payment clears. For bank transfers, send us the transfer details so we can match them to your order.
  2. Packing. Eligible standard checkout rates apply when the shipment’s total shipping weight is under 500 kg. At 500 kg or more, a separate pallet or crate freight quote is required.
  3. Despatch. We send a tracking number for courier parcels, or confirm the delivery date for freight.
  4. Arrival. Check the item in front of the driver where possible. Tell us promptly if anything looks wrong.

Shipments with total shipping weight of 500 kg or more

Shipments with a total shipping weight of 500 kg or more require a separate pallet or crate freight quote. They are excluded from standard checkout delivery and from the RM1,000 West Malaysia free-shipping offer. We confirm the freight cost and delivery timing before despatch. Heavy machines sent to Sabah or Sarawak travel by sea freight.

Before a large machine arrives, tell us about stairs, lifts, narrow doorways and loading-bay access so we can arrange the right delivery.
