Shipping

Every order leaves our own premises in Kamunting, Perak. Small items and spares travel by courier; machines that need crating are booked as freight and confirmed with you before they go.

Peninsular Malaysia Free delivery. 
Typically 1–3 working days after your payment clears.
Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan
RM15 at checkout. Typically 2–5 working days.
Outside Malaysia
Charged at checkout for the countries listed there. Ask us first for anything large or heavy.
Self collection
Available from Kamunting. Choose it at checkout and we will tell you when your order is ready.

How your order travels

  1. Order and payment. Processing starts once payment clears. For bank transfers, send us the transfer details so we can match it to your order.
  2. Packing. Bench equipment and spares are boxed for courier. Larger machines — spiral mixers, deck and rack ovens — are secured on a pallet or crated.
  3. Despatch. We send you the tracking number, or the delivery date if the machine is moving by freight.
  4. Arrival. Check the item in front of the driver where you can, and tell us the same day if anything looks wrong.

Heavy machines

Anything that needs a pallet is quoted per order rather than charged at the flat checkout rate — the cost depends on weight, destination and access. For Sabah and Sarawak, heavy machines move by sea freight, and we confirm the cost and the timing with you before despatch.
