A machine giving trouble
Model, order number if you have it, and a short video of the fault while it is happening.
Spare parts
The model plate and a photo of the part. Names differ between brands, pictures do not.

How quickly will you reply?
Within one working day, and usually much sooner on WhatsApp.
Can I visit and see the machines?
Yes — message us first so we can make sure the machine you want to see is on the floor and someone is free to show you.
Do you help if I bought elsewhere?
We will always try to point you in the right direction. Warranty work, though, belongs with whoever sold you the machine.
