Return & Refund Policy

If something arrives wrong, damaged or faulty, we will put it right. Tell us as soon as you notice — the sooner you do, the easier it is to sort out.

You can return it if

  • You did not receive the product — missing item, or parcel lost in transit
  • You received an incomplete product — incomplete sets or missing parts
  • You received the wrong product — wrong size, wrong colour, different item
  • You received it with physical damage — dented, broken or scratched
  • You received a faulty product — malfunctioning or unusable
  • You received a counterfeit product

Not accepted

  • Change of mind — or a 10% processing and handling fee applies
  • Items used or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without their original packaging

How to return something

  1. Contact us first. Email support@shopython.com.my or call 017-805 6033 with your order number and photos of the problem.
  2. Keep everything as it arrived. The product, the receipt, and the original packaging in its original shipping container.
  3. Send it back once we have confirmed the return with you.
  4. We check it against the receipt, and confirm the condition.
  5. You are refunded within 1–2 working days of that confirmation.
Photograph damage before unpacking further. A photo of the outer box and the damaged item, taken on the day it arrives, is the single most useful thing you can send us.

The conditions in full

What condition must the return be in?

Returned goods are checked together with the receipt and should be in good condition. The packaging should also be in its original condition, in the original shipping container as received. If the goods have been used or damaged by the customer, no refund will be given.

Who is responsible for the return shipment?

SHOPYTHON is not responsible if your shipment is lost during return transit, so please use a trackable service and keep the receipt.

When do I get my money back?

Once the returned goods have been checked, you will receive your refund within 1–2 working days of confirmation.

The machine is faulty but out of the return window — what then?

That is a warranty matter rather than a return. See the Warranty page — parts are covered for 1 to 3 years depending on the brand and model.
